At Stars, Stripes & Shenanigans, every item is custom-made and printed specifically for your order.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your claim.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or printing error, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Incorrect size selections
* Buyer’s remorse
* Preference changes
* Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered on custom-made products. In rare cases involving verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, refund requests may be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent after checkout so you can verify your order details.

Stars, Stripes & Shenanigans is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
